This route uses HD Terrain and Textures which are currently only available for Trainz Plus users (both standard and gold). This route WILL install and WILL work in Trainz 22 and Trainz 22 Platinum BUT the terrain will not render properly.

The route runs at just barely 20FPS throughout the entire length, dipping to 10/15 in Bush Yard. With a somewhat long train, the framerate tanks to 5. I understand this is a 2022/plus route, but that's no excuse for this kind of performance, attached in the images are my System Specs, trainz settings, and profiler
I have been following Approach Medium for quite a while. I am always amazed at Joe’s attention to detail. I must admit that I held off on buying the New York Cross Harbor because I wasn’t sure if I would like shunting cars. After buying it, I quickly realized that I enjoy it very much. I really appreciate the inclusion of the sessions as this allowed me to start driving right away. I suggest that future releases also include at least a Free Play Session.
As can always be expected from approach medium, an excellent layout and route. Lots of detail, lots of functionality and a few operating sessions to get you started then create your own
